Fruit juice

Fruit juice are most delicious and smoothie recipes. Fruit juice contains lot of vitamins. All you need to prepare a fruits juice is a juicer and a blender. Fruits are the best food on the earth and they are strongly recommended by the doctors.

Drink at least one fruit drink every day. Drinking fruit allows you to intake about 3 to 4 fruits which full fill your daily needs.
To cool the fruits juice in the summer put some ice cubes in the blender along with the juice.

Adding little bit of banana in your mixer will give you a blend like milk shakes. This will give your drink some softness.

Select the fruits that are sweet to blend. Citrus fruits as a basis and blending it with the others are ones personal choice. Jar of orange juice can be kept with the fridge and it can be blend with the other fruit.
