Why Fruits are good for health?

Fruits have a good source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant. Dietary fiber in the fruits is very important for the digestive system of the body. And the antioxidant present in the fruit helps to prevent cancer.

Do all the fruits are good for health?

The goodness of the fruits depends on the time, age and amount consume. Is also depends on one’s health. The fruits that can be eaten at any time are Apple, grapes, kiwi, berries, pineapple, orange, apricot, and plum. Some fruits can be avoided before going to bed. Banana, mangoes, jack fruit, papaya, and avocado can be taken two hours before going to bed.

Eating fresh fruit Vs juice

eating the fruits as it is is better than the juice. But is also depends on the preparation of the juice. In the case of strawberry we will not remove anything from the fruit and at the same time we will consume more of the fruits in the form of juice. But in case of apple the skins are removed which will not do any good for our health.
